Our Sustainability PolicyUpdated 6 months ago
Our adaptogenic coffee blends are made with the best-in-class adaptogen extracts rich in active compounds in every sachet. Our packaging ensures quality isn’t compromised and that our adaptogenic coffee stays fresh for longer, minimising waste 🍄 All of our packaging is recyclable, except our sachets which have an aluminium inner coating for food safety, protection and shelf life. Our single-serve sachets are sealed for freshness, carefully measured for the perfect adaptogenic coffee and convenient to use whilst travelling, on the go or whenever you need an adaptogenic boost to your day 🚀
Refill subscription packaging 📦♻️
Hold onto your initial delivery box! You can refill it with adaptogenic coffee sachets each month. Depending on your subscription, we'll send your renewal in either a compact mailer bag (for 1 and 2-box subscriptions) or a mailer box (for Big Box subscriptions) - both designed to fit through your letterbox!! Reusing your box helps to reduce packaging, minimise waste and boost our sustainability efforts - loving both our adaptogenic coffee and the planet 🌍🙏 If you need a new box with your renewal, just let us know anytime. We're actively exploring fully recyclable and compostable sachet materials and strive to not be associated with "greenwashing". We want to ensure all our packaging is either in a closed-loop recyclable cycle (vs compostable, where only 3-5% of UK households home compost, meaning 95-97% of compostable packaging ends up in landfill) or a compostable material that we can honestly compost. Taste, impact and protecting our ingredients/the environment are all important to us 💚🌿☕️
Shipping sustainability with Royal Mail
Our delivery partners Royal Mail have one of the lowest reported carbon footprints per delivery. Approximately two-thirds of their deliveries are made by foot or through their park and loop method to minimise their carbon footprint 🚀
Our best-in-class mushrooms 🍄
Our Lion's Mane (in Flow) and Cordyceps (in Mojo) are sourced from Hifas da Terra and are cultivated in organic, controlled environments to ensure the highest quality while protecting local ecosystems. We take natural habitats seriously as do Hifas and avoid populating natural habitats with non-native species, ensuring no harm is done to biodiversity.
