How many servings are recommended per day?Updated a month ago

We'd recommend 1-2 adaptogenic coffees per day, depending on how you feel and what you need. For example, you could enjoy a Flow or Mush Love in the morning to help clear brain fog and have a productive start to the day, and then have a Mojo in the early afternoon for a natural boost or a Zen for calming energy. 

We're all unique - listen to the internal cues in your body and mind and find what works best for you! Due to the sustained energy from adaptogens, many of our customers reduce their overall caffeine intake from 4-5 regular coffees to just 1-2 adaptogenic coffees per day 🤗✨
